Merry Christmas!!!!

Hello everyone!
Yes Christmas has come and gone and we are now looking 2015 in its face. I can not begin to explain 2014 and how it passed so fast. Oh well I am only in this world for the time allowed and how ever God wants to control the time is fine with me. After all its all in favor of Him and in my best interest. I took some pictures of a couple of my girls and their significant other and children.
                           Charlie, Oscar and my grandbabies
Equilla and her boyfriend Chris
Selena and Macayla was not much into the photo mood.
For Christmas I got a new camera and I can not wait to take pics with it and do my videos. You guys will have to let me know what you guys think.
So, 2015... never thought we would have gotten this far in this world. I thought by this time we would see flying cars and living like the Jetsons. I know we are some where close but we still have a ways to go to be that far into the future.

As for videos I have not felt much into recording. I thought for sure I was going to do this kind of video or that kind and if they do not come out the way I like or feel they do not get published. If my videos are not truth and honestly me I can not put them out there. If they are not something I feel you guys would watch I will not put them out there. Is anybody else like that?
My goal for 2015 is to be a better You Tuber, better blogger, healthier and more organized. Just have to find what works for me and not be so scattered and all over the place.
I am planning to do a couple of videos in the next couple of days. One video will be about my New Years resolution and my yearly favorites. Please let me know if you have any request. Thanks

Almost Christmas

Hello everyone! I hope this finds everyone well. I have been MIA for longer than I wanted to be. I have been under the weather and fighting spiritually. I have plans to do a video (hopefully) of what is going on and to explain a little more. That is if I am released (from God) to do so. Something's are better left unsaid. I have been trying to catch up on watching YouTube videos and some of the ladies I love to watch are on it and just popping out those videos. My phone alerts me and tells me when some of my favorite ladies upload and as usual I am out and about and can not see it, it goes unnoticed and I end up behind. If you want to check these beautiful ladies tell them I sent you and subscribe to them. They are so talented and inspiring.
1. At home with Nikki
2. Be my guest with Denise
3. Do it on a dime
4. Haute on a design
5.living luxuriously for less
6. My so-called home
7. That not so ordinary housewife
8. Kandee Johnson
9. Kisha Jaggers
10. Kristen Gehm (vlogs) Bob is great too
11. Paper & Glam
12. How Jen does it
13.Modiva
and so many more.....
If you go to my channel I believe you can see all the people I am subscribed to. I am still getting to know some of the ladies, I do know how ever most of these ladies are Christian or believers. That is encouraging. Some of the ladies will proclaim and announce it loud and clear their beliefs and Gods word, which I love!
Anyways, I have been trying to use my creative juices in Christmas decorating. I watch a lot of these ladies and they share their homes ( which a lot of them are gorgeous and breathe taking) and I get inspired. I will start with something then watch a video from one of them, then the next thing I know I am redoing my home décor.  For example my living room was blue, green, brown and tan. Yeah a mixture of colors I know... but I have found my groove... I love elegant. Cream, golds, silver, and I think my accent color, most likely brown. Being my tan is more of a cream I guess. I put all my blue stuff in my bedroom and I need to put everything in their place. Like pillows, curtains and some knick knacks. I love decorating, I just do not always have the money to do everything I want. I would like to see designing and decorating on the major cheap, to the point of taking what I have and refurbishing it. I have been working on that, just taking a while. I am a right now type of gal. I do not like to wait at all. I am learning but I like to see the after effects right after I think of it, you know?
Anyways, I have been thinking of my new years resolution. I will do a video of it soon and I hope you guys will chime in what you guys have planned and what you would like to change or improve for the new year. I think me doing a video will hold me more accountable....at least I hope. LOL
Here is my last video and I hope you guys like it. Be sure to check out my you tube channel and subscribe. Plus come back here and check out more detail about what is going on with this gal.
So if you guys have been watching my videos you guys may know that the lovely Hilary from My so called home tagged me to do another $5 Goodwill challenge. I was honored that she thought of me. I wish I felt better to make it look better, but like I said previously I do a lot of redoing on my décor. Here is the video to that.
I also did a video on a very HUGE Dollar Tree haul. I got stocking stuffers. I was accompanied by my daughter Macayla.
Plus my daughter Selen
a and I have done our second video on monthly favorites. I love doing videos with my kids. They are a hoot.
I did a DITL week in review. The ending was with my girls acting very random as always. My daughter Equilla joined us.
I hope you guys enjoy these last few videos. Each one of these beautiful ladies have a channel on You Tube. They are nervous on it and do struggle to keep it going, but if you guys could go there and encourage them and subscribe I would greatly appreciate it.
You can find their channel name at the end of some of these videos.
Thanks so much for coming back and I will have more videos coming to you soon.

Time flies!!!!

Hello everyone!
Can anyone else believe that the year is almost over? I am floored at how fast time has passed. That may explain why I feel like I can never get anything accomplished. Time just flies by and I seem to get further and further behind. I sit here looking across my living and dining room floor and see Christmas decorations. Christmas tree is up and decorated.... yet lopsided. Totes with other ornaments and what knots all. Man I hate going through this creative numbness. I can not seem to find my creative mojo to be satisfied and complete. This is so unlike me. I have been recording videos just not uploading due to this funk I am in. I sit and watch the videos and feel like, "No way is that going up! It looks awful!"
I painted the jack and jill bathroom and got it partly decorated. I tell you, I can not seem to finish one job without doing others. GRRRRR! That is one of my biggest pet peeves, to have too many projects going on at the same time. Example:
1. Jack and Jill bathroom decorations
2. Office decorated
3. Glam room redecorated
4. Paint kitchen and backroom
5. Decorate kitchen and backroom
6. Redecorate master bath
7. Finish decorating master bedroom
8. Finish retro vanity
9.Finish antique dresser
10. Paint hutch
11. Reupholster dining chairs
12. Paint dining room table
13. Change coffee table into ottoman
14. ETC....
I am sure there is more but these are the things that I think of tackling daily. This does not include organizing the things that get unorganized in my home or the daily cleaning I have to tackle. You know I can not wait until next year. 2015 is going to be different for me. Yet again why should I procrastinate about the change and just do it now. I guess because I feel I am over my head and I am hoping that I can get some of these things knocked out of the way before then. Yeah wishful thinking but I am in hope.
So did everyone enjoy their Thanksgiving (if you celebrate it) ? I had a nice time. Spent time with family and friends. Took some photos. Here are a few:
My granddaughters Arianna and Jessina
My son n law Oscar and my daughter Charlie
All four of my girls Charlie, Equilla, Selena and Macayla

My daughters mean the world to me and I thank God for them. Then my wonderful husband Jeff.
He helped clean the house why I did the cooking. He is such a blessing to me.
Well, I am learning on how to better this blog and make it more presentable. If you guys have any suggestions and or ideas please let me know. I am not sure who is reading or not but I appreciate you stopping by. Please check me out on Facebook and Instagram. I try to update on there a little more than I use to. Please leave a comment if you have any questions. Thanks so much for stopping by and STAY ENCOURAGED!
